Mount Kisco Main Street Building Sells For $4.4M

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- A multi-store building on Main Street in Mount Kisco has been sold for $4.4 million, The Journal News reported.

Mount Kisco's 153 Main St. is now in new hands.

The building at 153 Main St. contains Relaxation Spa, New York Dolls clothing store, Exit 4 Food Hall restaurant and more. It currently has one vacant retail space, according to The Journal News.

Pound Ridge resident Barry Cohen is one of the owners of the buyer, 153 Main Street MK Associates, according to The Journal News. Prior to this, the building hadn't changed hands for 30 years, reported The Journal News.
