Jackson is Senior Director of Operations and Chief Nursing Officer for MKMG, a multi-specialty practice serving Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Columbia and Ulster Counties.

Every year, 914INC Magazine recognizes the women who have either worked for, or started, a local, successful business in Westchester County. As Westchester’s premier business publication, 914INC seeks to recognize and honor the success of these women, and those individuals who support them.

“It’s a great honor to be named a ‘Woman in Business 2015’ by 914INC Magazine and to join this network of amazing businesswomen,” Jackson said. “Throughout my career at MKMG, it has always been my goal to help expand the group’s reach to provide high quality care to even more communities.”

Jackson has been an integral member of the MKMG management team since 1995. Ms. Jackson has made many significant contributions over the last 20 years. She was a Lead Project Manager for the expansion of MKMG into Dutchess County, coordinating the opening of two multi-specialty offices in Fishkill and Poughkeepsie, and managed the opening of the new Jefferson Valley multi-specialty office in Westchester County, which opened July 2014.

Her responsibilities include collaboration on architectural design, interior design, and construction, as well as organizing the allocation of space, equipment and staffing to meet the operational needs.

In 2014, Jackson was appointed to the position of Senior Director of Operations and Chief Nursing Officer, making her responsible for all clinical and service operations throughout MKMG. Her role also encompasses the oversight of the Marketing Department, Contact Center, Medical Records, and Care Coordination.

In addition, she is responsible for oversight of the Advanced Practitioner program, comprised of physician assistants, nurse practitioners, midwives and audiologists. She has been integral in growing this program to over 80 advanced healthcare practitioners. Jackson oversees a team of three Divisional Patient Care Managers and 21 Patient Care Mangers, responsible for day to day operations in 30 locations.

In addition to opening up these three main campuses, Jackson was also a project leader for the opening of Urgent Care Centers in Carmel, Yorktown, and Mount Kisco.

Jackson oversees educational programs at MKMG and has collaborated with local universities such as Pace University, Mount Saint Mary College, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and New York Medical College to provide clinical education opportunities to Medical Students and Nurse Practitioner students. In addition, Ms. Jackson serves on the selection committee of the local Lion Clubs who provide an annual nursing scholarship open to employees of Northern Westchester Hospital and MKMG.

Jackson attended Pace University’s Lienhard School of Nursing and spent 10 years working in the Emergency Department at Northern Westchester Hospital before joining MKMG in 1995. Ms. Jackson lives in Mount Kisco, is member of the Shelter Angel Program at the SPCA of Westchester and is an avid tennis player.
