As part of the acquisition, 341 Studios will take the name Co-Communications. Founded by Gretchen Bruno and Felicia Rubinstein in 1999, 341 Studios’ team includes designers, developers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and e-communication specialists. Both Bruno and Rubinstein will remain on the team to facilitate a smooth transition and provide ongoing consulting.

Co-Communications, which was founded in 1997 by President and CEO Stacey Cohen, has evolved from a traditional public relations agency to offer more expansive, integrated communications solutions.

“Welcoming 341 Studios into the Co-Communications family propels our vision to provide deeper, richer and more comprehensive graphic design and interactive services,” Cohen said. “We’ve been consistently impressed with their exceptional talent, long-term client relationships and dedication to the rigor, integrity and professionalism it takes to succeed.”

With the acquisition, the combined services now include: marketing, advertising, public relations, social media marketing, branding, and web design and development. In addition to the firm’s similar values, the client portfolios align with both firms working in real estate, finance, healthcare, education, nonprofit, hospitality and tourism.

Jessica Lyon, partner, executive vice president and COO of Co-Communications, added, “Our roots as a media relations firm reminds us that the foundation for all good design and marketing is a well-articulated story that combines emotion and compelling proof points. We look forward to writing our next chapter.”
