Mount Kisco Group Sponsors Talk on Drunken Driving

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Fox Lane High School will host a special event called Mark Sterner: DUI -- A Powerful Lesson on Thursday, Dec. 11.

Sterner has addressed over 2 million college and high school students to date, sharing his story of what happens when alcohol and driving mix and friends die.

This event is a high school parent presentation sponsored by Mount Kisco Partners in Prevention, Bedford Drug Abuse Prevention Council, Fox Lane High School Association and Fox Lane Middle School Association.

The event will take place on Thursday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m. in the Fox Lane High School Large Cafe. This will give all Bedford Central School District parents an opportunity to hear Sterner's story.

At in-school assemblies on Dec. 11, Fox Lane High School students will hear Sterner’s amazing and tragic story. Mount Kisco Partners in Prevention will have tips on starting a family talk and a discussion guide on Sterner’s topic available for parents who attend the evening presentation.
