Email Marketing Seminar at the Mt. Kisco Library

MOUNT KISCO, NY-- The Northern Westchester Business Network will be sponsoring “The Power of Email Marketing” seminar, which will be held at the Mount Kisco Library on Friday.

“As a group, the Northern Westchester Business Network was motivated to educate ourselves on the benefits and power of email marketing. We found a great program with constant contact and are proud to be able to offer the same program to the community,” said Barry Malvin, director of communication for the Northern Westchester Business Network.

The seminar will be put on by Ellen DePasquale, regional development director for the New York metropolitan area for Constant Contact. DePasquale is well known for her expertise in software and marketing for small businesses, non-profits and associations.

DePasquale will be discussing why email marketing works and how professionals can integrate email marketing with their social networking efforts. DePasquale will also be teaching the basics of email marketing, including how to write compelling subject lines and copy and the do's and don'ts of email marketing.

“The Northern Westchester Business Network is a group of 25 business professionals that were selected to join the group to represent their area of expertise,” said Malvin. “We serve the community by finding programs we believe will benefit business professionals in our community, then sponsor those events.”

The event will be held in the second floor conference room of the Mount Kisco Library. A continental breakfast will be served to participants at 7:45 a.m., with the presentation following at 8 a.m. Pre-registration is required. Those interested should register at:
