Low-Cost Community Acupuncture

Therapeutic Acupuncture & Wellness, a popular center for alternative therapies located at 19 North Salem Road in Cross River, NY, is now offering a low-cost $25 acupuncture option for those seeking relief from pain, stress and anxiety.

Owner & Director Doreen Riser, a licensed, certified acupuncturist and physical therapist assistant with more than 20 years experience, offers the program as a way for clients to experience this alternative, holistic treatment at a reduced rate. “In our community program, licensed practitioners treat customers in a comfortable, relaxed setting, in groups of two to five people. We focus on acupuncture points that reduce stress, calm the body system and promote well-being. It’s a great way to keep the mind and body balanced and properly functioning.”

The community acupuncture program costs $25 is offered through September, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. The center also offers private home visits to the surrounding areas of Bedford, Katonah, Lewisboro, Pound Ridge, Somers, South Salem, North Salem, and Vista, NY and Ridgefield, New Canaan, and Wilton, CT.
