Westchester County and Standard Amusements have an agreement, but county officials are looking into an amendment that calls for $58 million in capital spending on 11 projects, according to lohud.com.
Projects include borrowing $4 million to remove the pool and construct a dining patio outside overlooking the Long Island Sound, said lohud.com.
