Madaloni, a “lifer” at the K-12 private college preparatory day school, is widely known for her efforts to make new students and faculty feel welcome.

A student leader, she is the student in charge of Wooster’s Lower School and largely responsible for an increased level of communication between the Lower, Middle and Upper schools.

Madaloni was described by Upper School Dean of Students Hannah Reed as “almost an extension of the Lower School faculty.” She is active in several programs and clubs, including Spectrum, and spends each of her lunch periods with a different student or student group in an effort to befriend peers who are new to the school, according to Reed.

“She goes out of her way to help new students and faculty get accustomed to our school culture, answering questions and gently reminding others of our community expectations …,” Reed said.

Wooster School is located at 91 Miry Brook Road, Danbury. To learn more about the institution, and Madaloni, visit the school’s website.
