Katonah Library Will Show Movies During Winter Break

KATONAH, N.Y. – The Katonah Village Library is planning a series of movie screenings this week as area students are enjoying their winter break.

All screenings are free, and the library invites people to bring pillows and nonmessy snacks to each screening, which will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Tuesday's screening is “The Snowy Day and More Ezra Jack Keats Stories” (running time: 53 minutes).

Wednesday brings “Chrysanthemum and More Kevin Henkes Stories" (60 minutes).

The week is closed by a Thursday showing of “How To Train Your Dragon 2” (102 minutes, rated PG), and Friday's screening of “Star Wars” (or if you prefer, “Episode IV: A New Hope”). The movie is 123 minutes long and rated PG.

The library is at 26 Bedford Road.
