MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Karen Milici Palmiero, a Hudson Valley counselor for families affected by drug and alcohol use and author of "90 Ways to Keep Your Kids Drug Free — from Toddlers to Teens," will speak Saturday from 1:30-3 p.m. at the Mount Kisco Library.
Palmiero will offer parents perspective on how they can create distance between their children and drugs from their earliest days and maintain it throughout adolescence.
Palmiero’s presentation is the first in a series on substance-abuse prevention being sponsored by Mount Kisco Partners in Prevention in collaboration with the Mount Kisco Library.
