Mount Kisco Volunteer Fire Department Will Remember 9/11 In Ceremony

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- The Mount Kisco Volunteer Fire Department will commemorate those lost in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, through a memorial service on Thursday, Sept. 11 at 6:15 p.m. at the 8/11 Memorial at Village Hall.

The Fire Department will march from Green Street to the memorial site at 6 p.m.

Community members and emergency service personnel are invited to the Mutual Engine and Hose firehouse after the service for food and refreshments.

Patriotic music will be played by Mark Rivera, Billy Joel's saxophone player.
