FRIDAY

Bird Banding: 8 a.m. Drop by to see how this important science project where live wild songbirds are safely captured, banded and released and to further our knowledge of bird biology and contribute to habitat conservation. $5 non-members / Free for members. Westmoreland Sanctuary, 260 Chestnut Ridge Road, Mount Kisco.

Music & Movement: 11:15  to 11.45 a.m. For children ages 2-5 years old. Free. Mount Kisco Public Library, 100 East Main St., Mount Kisco.

SATURDAY

Serve and Remember 9/11: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Help beautify ARC of Westchester's center in Mount Kisco, where they help children, teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Free. Ann Manzi Center, 699 Main St., Mount Kisco.

Westchester Adventure Boot Camp for Women: 5.30 a.m. Westchester Adventure Boot Camp is a fitness program designed specifically for women. You will participate in fat-burning, muscle toning workouts that will increase your metabolism and change your body forever. Five days/week = $329, three days/week = $299, two days/week = $219. Leonard Park, 1 Wallace Drive, Mount Kisco.

SUNDAY

Critter Days: 2 p.m. This program allows visitors to meet resident animals of the sanctuary. A staff member will be on hand to answer questions regarding animals, general wildlife queries and even exotics. $5 non-members / Free for members.
