K-5 Math Parent Information Session: 7-8:30 p.m. Learn about the Bedford Central School District's new elementary school math curriculum "Math in Focus." Find out how math homework and class lessons will change when the new curriculum is rolled out and learn how to be a supportive parent during this period of adjustment. The session will be conducted by Drew Patrick, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, and Donna Swift, the district's elementary math consulting teacher. Tryouts for Marlins Swimming: 4:30-6:30 p.m. Team tryouts for swimmers 10 and under will be at the Boys and Girls Club of Northern Westchester Thursday and Friday.
