The Howards, who lived in Greenwich for more than two decades, are clearing out two decades worth of items after selling the home last month for the full asking price of $27.5 million.

"Child star turned Academy Award-winning director, Ron Howard, and author wife Cheryl built a dream home that housed all things from eclectic passions to relaxed, family-friendly inspirations. The Howard collection is made up of pieces that speak to their free spirits and casual elegance," says the online catalog of items for sale at One Kings Lane.

We "come from pretty traditional roots, so dark wood and age have always been a draw for us in our choice of furnishings," Cheryl Howard writes at the online catalog of items for sale at One Kings Lane.

"We’ve accumulated pieces from Europe, South America, even Central Asia," she said.

Some of the items up for sale include a mahogany dining table for $6,799; a carved wood book cabinet with glass doors for $10,499; and a delicate sideboard for $8,949.

The objects for sale include an Asian Pagoda with figurines priced at $649, a Neoclassical four-light chandelier for $2,399 and, in a bit of movie memorabilia, a "Let Us Live" framed poster for $749.

In all, more than 175 items are listed on the website, with many of them already sold.

The 32-acre lakefront estate in the Conyers Farm area is on the border of Greenwich and Armonk, N.Y. The home contains 23 rooms, including six bedrooms and five full baths.

Interior features include seven fireplaces, a fitness room, indoor pool, home office, wine cellar and, of course, a home theater. There is also a two-bedroom guest cottage, greenhouses, an observatory and barns.

Howard came to prominence as a child actor in "The Andy Griffith Show" in the 1960s and on "Happy Days" in the 1970s. As a director and producer, his credits include "A Beautiful Mind," for which he won the Academy Award for Best Director. Some of his other movies include "Backdraft" and "Apollo 13."
