The publication is seeking to recognize Westchester healthcare employees who have made a difference in a patient’s life, positively impacted a healthcare facility or have continuously gone above and beyond their daily job responsibilities.

Individuals in all healthcare settings including hospitals, home health care, health centers and clinics, schools, health departments, long-term care, emergency services and medical practices are eligible for nomination.

A panel of judges from area colleges, healthcare facilities, the County government and Westchester Magazine’s editors will assess each nominee, and the top 10 will be recognized at an awards luncheon in May, 2014.

The honorees will also be featured in the May issue of the magazine.
