Westchester Producer Behind New Film Shooting In Hastings

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- The movie trucks have rolled into Hastings to film "I Think We’re Alone Now," the science-fiction film starring Peter Dinklage and Elle Fanning.

Such was the report earlier Monday, April 3 from the Facebook group Hastings 10706 where traffic was described to be a tad chaotic early this morning. Parking restrictions and road closures will be in effect on Maple Avenue, Southside Avenue and Spring Street until 8 p.m.

The crew is shooting at the Hastings-On-Hudson Public Library.

According to Variety, the film, by Bell Productions, is being produced by Larchmont native  Fred Berger  of“La La Land."

The movie centers on survivors (Dinklage and Fanning) when humanity is wiped out in a mysterious incident.
