The yoga class, called Get on Your Mat for Mental Health, will be taught outside on Court Street in White Plains. The class will be taught by Sadie Nardini at 6 p.m. and all are invited to take their "first breath of summer in community, drawing on the full force of the sun to find a spot of serenity in the center of the city."

Opening meditation will be led by Tao Porchon-Lynch, the oldest living yoga teacher according to the Guinness Book of World Records.

Registration is available online.

Brooklyn band, House of Waters, will share its music with participants during the event. All ages and levels welcome to join. The first 500 participants will receive free yoga mat and gift bag.  Last year, more than 500 people attended.

The rain date is scheduled for Thursday, June 20.
