Mt. Kisco Restaurant Owner, Cucolo Dies at 60

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. – Victor Cucolo, Jr., a restaurant owner and resident of Mt. Kisco, died Oct. 24 at the age of 60.

He was born on Oct. 27, 1950 in New Rochelle to the late Victor and Anne Immediato Cucolo. He went on to become the owner and chef of Parkway Cafe in Scarsdale for over 20 years.

A family man with strong religious convictions, his children were said to be his motivation in life.

Cucolo is survived by his sons Nicolas Cucolo of Mt. Kisco and Andrew Cucolo of Mamaroneck, his daughter Shelby Cucolo of Mamaroneck, his brothers Richard of West Harrison, John of West Harrison, Robert of Millwood and Ronald of Greenburgh and his sisters Michelle Seymour of West Harrison and Lisa Quigley of Pleasant Valley.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home in White Plains. A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VNA of Hudson Valley - Hospice Care of Westchester & Putnam, 540 White Plains Road Suite 300, Tarrytown, N.Y. 10591.
