WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident that resulted in the closure of the right-hand lane on southbound I-684 in Bedford on Wednesday afternoon has been cleared.
The accident, between the Saw Mill River Parkway (Exit 5) and Route 172 (Exit 4), resulted in stop-and-go traffic and was reported at 3:10 p.m.
