WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A multi-vehicle accident involving a van and tractor-trailer took out the center lane on eastbound I-287 in Port Chester on Wednesday afternoon.

The accident, reported at 2:45 p.m., was at Exit 11 (Boston Post Road/Route 1).
