An adjournment for both suspects was given to Jan. 25, according to Yvonne Borkowski, a defense attorney involved in the matter.

The suspects are 33-year-old Angel Parra Penafiel and 33-year-old Hugo Ramirez-Morales, according to New York State Police, who made the arrests. The two made appearances in North Salem's local court on Monday night before Town Justice John Aronian.

Both suspects have been charged with 3rd-degree grand larceny, which is a felony, police previously announced.

The allegations came up during the course of the investigation into Colley's homicide death, police said. Colley was found dead in her laundry room this past November.

No suspects have been charged in connection with Colley's death.
