WESTCHESTER, N.Y.-- Westchester County is bracing for a monster Nor'Easter that could dump more than a foot of snow in the area.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning until 1 p.m. Saturday.

Forecasters said there is a 100 percent chance of snow Friday with a total accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible.

Overnight, snow could be heavy at times with strong winds of 18 to 22 mph gusting to 34 miles per hour.

The winds and heavy snow may create whiteout conditions, making travel and visibility treacherous. There could be an additional 6 to 10 inches of accumulation.

On Saturday, snow is likely, mainly before 10 a.m. It should be cloudy and blustery with wind gusts of 38 mph, according to forecasters. An additional 1 to 2 inches of snow is possible.
