WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on the Hutchinson River Parkway South in Harrison reported at 12:30 p.m. that resulted in stop-and-go traffic conditions for more than an hour has been cleared,
The left lanes of the Hutch were blocked between Purchase Street (Route 120) and North Street just before the Mamaroneck Avenue exit and just south of I-287.
