MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Saw Mill Club will host a nutritional education and weight loss program, Transitions, that will focus on healthy eating and healthy habits on Monday, Jan. 27.
The 10-week program will take place on Mondays at 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. There may be a possible day time session.
Monday programs will be nutrition sessions with Nutritionist, Michelle Briks and Thursday programs will be fitness sessions with Master Personal Trainer, Katie Simco.
This program is designed to help reduce stress, improve metabolism, and more.
The registration fees are listed below:
Member graduates: $125
Non-member graduates: $125
