Mount Kisco Church Holds 'Stations Of The Cross' Ceremony

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. --  Throngs of people gathered in downtown Mount Kisco on Friday for a local church's reenactment of the last moments of Jesus' life and crucifixion.

The reenactment is called "Stations Of The Cross" and is held every year on Good Friday. It is supported by St. Francis of Assisi Parish and produced by members of the area's Hispanic community.

The ceremony included several points of reenactment, which were done at several stops including Green Street, behind the police station/courthouse building and, finally, on Dakin Avenue.

All events, include with prayers that were interspersed, were conducted in Spanish.
