Frank Vincenti , director of the Wild Dog Foundation and the state Department of Environmental Conservation, will offer a comprehensive history on coyotes in the area. Everything from genetics to life cycles to how to interact safely and interactions with other wildlife will be discussed.

Vincenti preaches "aggressive hazing" when confronted with coyotes. This includes yelling at them, spraying them with water from a hose or throwing rocks and sticks.

Vincenti provided advice for residents of Chappaqua in May, several of whom had small dogs that were victims of coyote attacks.
