The festivities featured carols such as "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer," "Feliz Navidad" and the "Dreidel Song."

A large group of kids from the crowd joined as an ad-hoc chorus to sing some of the carols.

Santa Claus himself poked his head out of a second-story window once folks began singing his eponymous song, "Santa Claus is Coming to Town."

Santa then ventured to the ground level, where he was greeted by kids. The tree lighting itself took place moments later.

Photos of the festivities are attached.
