MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Mount Kisco Village Manager James Palmer will leave his current post to become the village administrator in Bronxville, according to theexaminernews.com.

Palmer said he didn't seek out the Bronxville position, but was was drawn to it because of the unique challenges it presents, theexaminernews.com reported. 

Palmer has worked for Mount Kisco for nearly 20 years, the last six as the village manager, theexaminernews.com said.
