Mount Kisco Woman Files Suit Saying She Was Raped By Chappaqua Psychologist

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. – A Mount Kisco woman recently filed a lawsuit in State Supreme Court, alleging that a Chappaqua psychologist raped her during a session nearly two years ago, lohud.com reported.

Noelle Feldman, 55, claims psychologist William Knack raped her in early 2013 at his Bedford Road home in Chappaqua, according to lohud.com.

Feldman reported the alleged rape to New Castle police in 2014, but no criminal charges were field, according to lohud.com.

Knack vigorously denied Feldman’s allegations in an interview with lohud.com.
