Seiler won election in November while running unopposed, according to official results from the Westchester County Board of Elections, and received 423 votes.

The Mount Kisco Library Board, which is made up of seven members with staggered terms, is responsible for oversight of the Mount Kisco Public Library. However, the Library Board does not set the library's budget or directly levy taxes, as both tasks are done by the Village Board as part of the annual village budget.
