Water Main Break Advisory Issued For West Main Street In Mount Kisco

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Motorists in Mount Kisco are advised to avoid the intersection of West Main, Maple Avenue and Kisco Avenue as of Friday at 5 p.m., according to the Mount Kisco Police Department.

DPW personnel are repairing a water main break.

Access to Route 133 and the Saw Mill Parkway can be made by using Preston Way to access the Kisco Avenue exit of the Saw Mill River Parkway.

Motorists should consider avoiding Maple Ave, Kisco Ave south of Preston Way, and West Main Street until traffic has cleared.

Water department personnel are currently isolating the break and water pressure is anticipated to be restored in three to four hours.
