MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. Jennie Boles of Mount Kisco died Aug. 27. She was 75.
Boles was born June 8, 1937, in Cahirciveen, County Kerry, Ireland, to Patrick and Catherine Murphy. She moved to New York in 1964 and married Terence Boles on June 25, 1966, in Bedford.
For more than 20 years, Boles worked as a waitress at the White Horse Tap Room in Mount Kisco. She later worked at the Mount Kisco Country Club.
Boles is survived by three children, Vincent (Justine) Boles, Ann Marie (Michael) DeModna and Michael Boles; eight siblings, Bina Allen, Maureen OSullivan and Eileen Lyne, all of Ireland, Neil Murphy, Joan Lonergan and Nora Connaughton, all of England, Andrew Murphy of New Zealand and Michael Murphy of Ocala, Fla.; and two grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Friday at Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home in Mount Kisco. Memorial donations may be made to the Mount Kisco Ancients Fife & Drum Corps, c/o Bill Stewart, 300 Woodcrest Drive, Unit 308, Mount Kisco, NY 10549.
