She is survived by her partner in life, Bob Finch, and his extended family; her son and daughter-in-law, Michael "Mike" Giuseffi and Ninette "Nettie" Giuseffi; her grandchildren, Sean, Joanie and Derick; and the entire Giuseffi family.
Fondly known as "Mrs. G," she worked as a school secretary at Pound Ridge Elementary School, Bedford Hills Elementary School and Fox Lane Middle School for over 28 years.
Active in the community, she was a Christian volunteer at St. Patrick's Church and Safe Rides.
A memorial service will be held in New York at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations can be made in Kathy's honor to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
