Michael J. Cardillo, Lifelong Mount Kisco Resident, 59

Michael J. Cardillo, a lifelong resident of Mount Kisco, died at home surrounded by his loving family and friends on Monday, Aug. 28. He was 59.

Michael was born in Mount KIsco on Nov. 26, 1957 to Rocco & Catherine La Puma Cardillo.

He is survived by his loving wife Sylvia Cardillo and her daughter “Dindin,” his beloved mother Kay Cardillo, sisters Rosemary Pasquale and Carolyn Crain and brother Rick Cardillo and his niece and nephews. 

He was predeceased by his father “Rocky” Cardillo. 

Mike was fun loving and lovable and brought a smile to all he met. He lived a fruitful life and became a great encouragement to everyone he met. He will be surely missed by all who knew him.

He was a carpenter by trade and worked for Kuritzky Glass in Mount Kisco.

Mike was a proud member of the Historical Society and the Italian American Club of Mount Kisco. He was a member of Jesus is Lord Global Ministry Church NY Chapter.

Reposing will take place on Friday, Sept. 1 at the Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home Inc. from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Mount Kisco. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
