Providence Pecoraro, 76, Worked For Caldor’s Department Store In Mt. Kisco

DOVER PLAINS, N.Y. - Providence Pecoraro of Dover Plains died Dec. 17. She was 76.

Pecoraro was born Nov. 8, 1937, to Frank and Frances (Malesci) Mirabile in the Bronx. She married Anthony Pecoraro in the Bronx. She worked in customer service for Caldor's Department Stores in Mt. Kisco.

Pecoraro is survived by her children, Jeanette, Anthony, Frank and Joseph; sister, Frances; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Calling hours are Friday, Dec. 20 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Cargain Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21 at St. John's The Evangelist R.C. Church, Mahopac. Interment to follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
