MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Susan T. De Paola, a resident of Mount Kisco and formerly of Yonkers, died Friday, May 13. She was 96.
Born March 10,1920, in Yonkers, she was the daughter of Edward Tirone and Nancy Serena Tiron.
She was raised and educated in Yonkers and was a graduate of the High School of Commerce.
In 1939, she married John Minichetti and had two children. Later, she ended her marriage with him and married Louis J. De Paola.
She is survived by her children, Nicholas E. Minichetti of Cortlandt Manor and Nancy A. Minichetti of Mount Kisco; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Louis J. De Paola; parents; brother, Daniel; sister, Jean Gruppuso; and brother, Richard Tirone.
Private services and burial were held.
