About 7:30 a.m. Friday, June 19, police responded to a report of two 13-year-old boys fighting at an Amuso Drive school bus stop.
Officers talked to the boys and their parents; both teens shook hands and agreed not to fight in the future, according to police.
About 5:40 p.m. Thursday, June 11, a Brook Street resident called authorities after spotting a coyote in a Ward Avenue yard.
However, the animal was gone when officers arrived.
Other Mount Kisco area incidents recently handled by the Westchester County Police Department include the following.
- About 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 19, a 65-year-old man had a seizure at the United Methodist Church on Main Street; paramedics transported him to the hospital.
- About 9:55 p.m. Thursday, June 18, officials arrested Brian J. Gomez, 21, of Main Street, for failure to appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court. Gomez had allegedly failed to answer to two violations – unlawful possession of marijuana and trespassing.
- About 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, officers arrested Gonzalo Portillo-Perez, 38, of Bedford, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
- About 3:50 p.m. Monday, June 15, a St. Mark’s Place resident complained about loud music coming from a neighbor’s house. Police officers spoke with the residents in question, and reported that the situation was remedied.
- About 7 a.m. Thursday, June 11, a St. Mark’s Episcopal Church employee reported that someone had broken into a shed and stolen a hedge trimmer.
- About 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, authorities arrested Mario Lopez-Gregorio, 45, of West Street, for failure to appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court. Lopez-Gregorio had allegedly failed to answer to a trespassing charge.
