Driver Who Failed To Maintain Lane On Sprain Charged With DWI, Police Say

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- A 34-year-old Bronx man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Saturday after state police say he failed to maintain his lane on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh.

Police pulled Christopher Perez, who was traveling north on the Sprain when troopers observed his Honda failing to stay in its lane before coming to a complete stop in the left lane, according to state police. When they stopped the car ,they discovered that Perez was intoxicated. 

Perez had a blood-alcoholcContent of 0.23 percent and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on July 28.
