ARMONK, N.Y. - Police are investigating an incident where a driver welshed on a deal to pay damages caused following an accident in the parking lot of the Armonk Country Kitchen.

A report was made to the North Castle Police Department last week by a man who stated that another driver had struck his vehicle in the parking lot, causing extensive damage to the rear left bumper of a vehicle.

The victim was informed by police to file a civil claim through he North Castle Court and a Witness Deposition was filed by officers.
