Police arrested Shari Harris, 29, and Michael Mastratone, 32, and charged them with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third, fourth and seventh degrees. Harris was arrested at her home at 101 Maple St. Masatrone, who also lives at the house, was arrested at the Van Wyck Shopping Center.
Sgt. John Nikitopoulos of the Croton police said the two possessed different types of drugs on them, but the drugs were still being tested.
Harris is being held on $25,000 bail and Masatrone was remanded without bail. The case remains under investigation, Nikitopoulos said.
In 2014, Harris was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after Ossining police raided a home she was in that contained 16 grams of cocaine, 10 glassine envelopes of heroin, 50 pipes used to smoke crack cocaine.
