Olgen Pascual-Alonzo, 27, was pulled over for an alleged equipment violation, police said.
Pascual-Alonzo was suspected of being intoxicated and provided a breathalyzer sample yielding a blood alcohol content of .20 percent, police said.
Subsequent investigation revealed Pascual-Alonzo had a previous conviction of aggravated driving while intoxicated and that he was driving without a license and driving without a state mandated ignition interlock device, police said.
Pascual-Alonzo was released on $500 bail, police said.
