MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. — An intoxicated homeless man made threats of violence Thursday in Northern Westchester Hospital’s emergency room, according to Mount Kisco police.

At 1:53 p.m., hospital security reported that a man who seemed to be under the influence of a substance was making a commotion and threatening to kill people in the room, police said.

Lloyd Quinley, 50, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, police said, and was removed from the hospital, at 400 E Main St. He was not armed, police said.

Police said the department has had previous dealings with Quinley, who is homeless. He was released on his own recognizance and is to appear March 7 in Mount Kisco Village Court.

The following items also were reported by Mount Kisco police:

Stalking: In another report from Northern Westchester Hospital, a female hospital employee, 50, was being stalked by her ex-boyfriend via threatening phone calls, police said. A report was called in at 5:25 p.m. Monday, at which time the woman, who is from Armonk, declined to pursue prosecution or to give a formal statement, police said.

DWAI: Several calls came in around 7:28 p.m. Tuesday from residents of Maple Avenue who saw a car accident, police said. The car went out of control and struck several objects, including a road sign, police said. The driver, Kim Marie Quickel, 51, of Port Chester, was charged with driving with ability impaired, a violation; and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. After her arrest, Quickel's car was impounded, police said. She was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in court at 7 p.m. Thursday.

Attempted ID Theft: A husband and wife from Mount Kisco, both 52, came to the Mount Kisco police station at 9:15 a.m. Thursday to report a case of attempted identity theft that occurred at the Citibank branch at 66 S. Moger Ave. No further information on the case was available.
