Responding to reports of a family dispute, officers were told that a 15-year-old boy and his 19-year-old sister had had a verbal and physical altercation over the frozen treat. The sister had left the home and the siblings’ mother told officers that the situation was under control.

- Monday, June 22: A man called police to report that he had paid for a beer at a restaurant on South Moger Avenue but was ousted by the eatery’s security before he could down it. Restaurant staff told police that the man was asked to leave because he had refused to pay his $40 tab.
- Wednesday, June 24: Westchester County police responded to an activated alarm at People’s United Bank on South Moger Avenue. Officers determined that an employee reporting to work had accidentally tripped the system.
Also, police said they found an intoxicated man lying in the street at Lexington and Moore avenues. He was uninjured and refused medical attention, so, police said, they took the man home to his Maplewood Drive residence.
- Monday, June 29: A Mount Kisco resident reported to police that fraudulent checks totaling $17,500 had been written against her checking account, police said. She notified her bank, and the matter was turned over to detectives for further investigation.
