Employees at Staples reported to police shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday that a man had walked in and stolen headphones from the store valued at more than $100.
Police said that the employees were able to provide the license plate of the vehicle the suspect took off in. The incident is being actively investigated.

- On Thursday afternoon, a Green Street resident reported to police that she has been receiving unwanted text messages from her ex-husband. Police said that she requested to document the complaint so she could submit it to the judge handling her divorce proceeding.
- A private school bus driver reported to county police on Tuesday that a passing vehicle had clipped a side-view mirror on the bus and drove off. Police were unable to track down the driver, though it was reported that the damage to the mirror was minimal and barely visible.
