Police and fire crews were dispatched to the southbound lanes of the Sprain Brook Parkway on Tuesday near the Jackson Avenue exit, where there were reports of a motorist who had lost control of the vehicle and struck the barrier. Officers from the Greenburgh Police Department and members from the Fairview Fire Department responded to the scene.
The crash led to delays for motorists on the parkway as crews removed the vehicle and cleared the scene. No life-threatening injuries were reported. Police said the cause of the crash is under investigation.
