Woman, 25, Stopped On I-684 Is Charged With DWI

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Dutchess County woman with driving while intoxicated, after she was stopped on Interstate 684 in Bedford on Sunday, Nov. 2, officials said.

Jessica L. Mueller, 25, was pulled over for allegedly driving 96 mph in a 65 mph zone. Mueller then provided a breath test that yielded a blood alcohol content of .16 percent, police said, which is twice the legal limit. 

Mueller is scheduled to return to court on Thursday, Nov. 13, police said.
