Somers Library Hosts Soda Bottle Science Program

SOMERS, N.Y. -- Somers Library will host a soda bottle science program with award-winning author and science celebrity Steve “The Dirtmeister” Tomeck for children ages 5-12 on Thursday, July 31, from 4:30-5:15 p.m.

This program is especially designed for family audiences. During the program, Tomecek will explore more than a dozen science experiments that kids can safely do at home using soda bottles, coffee cans, sandwich bags and other household items.

Registration is requested. This program will be limited to Somers residents. Attendees must give 24-hour cancellation notice to allow others on the waiting list to attend. To register, click here.
