New York State Section 1 has released the full football schedule for the 2012 season and it features some intriguing matchups, including games that pit teams from different classes against each other.
White Plains, a Class AA force, will face Class A powerhouse Harrison in the first week of the season in what promises to be a satisfying start to the fall. In a similar matchup, Pelham will face its neighbor, Mount Vernon, midway through the season.
