Canisius of Buffalo held on to the No. 1 spot followed by Stepinac (5-0). The Gaels (3-2) climbed four spots to No. 25 despite the loss.
New Rochelle (5-0) fell two spots to No. 20 despite a 48-14 victory over Ossining.
Bronxville (5-0) is ranked No. 40, and Yorktown, also 5-0, is ranked No. 48. Rye (4-0) is ranked No. 61.
Stepinac rallied in the second half to get past Iona Prep in Saturday's showdown. Prep led 13-7 at halftime and went up 20-7 in the third quarter on Robert Madison's 39-yard touchdown pass to Dylan Mucci.
Stepinac scored the final four touchdowns. Tyquell Fields ran five yards for a score with 4:09 left in the third quarter, and Jesse Brown hauled in a 45-yard touchdown pass from Fields with 28 seconds left in the quarter. Daniel Negron ran for a two-point conversion to put Stepinac ahead for good.
Stepinac added fourth-quarter touchdowns by Giancarlo Furio (39-yard pass from Fields) and Ty Ennis (33-yard run).
Fields completed four passes, three for touchdowns. Furio had four receptions for 65 yards. For Prep, Stephon Smith ran for 85 yards and a touchdown.
