It's 8pm, and 20 sets of parents aren't tucking their children in warm beds. No, instead, these 20 children are laying lifeless on their classroom floor in pools of cold coagulated blood as detectives painstakingly take photographs and map out the massacre scene. Wake up America.. The time is now to stand up for gun control. Newtown is only 35 miles from Somers. It can easily have happened here. I am sickened by the skewed ideology of this Country. I have a question. Does the Reynolds family have a historical signifance to Somers or is it simply that all these homes in Angle Fly are 18th Century? If its the latter, then I think rehabilitating a home simply because its old on the taxpayer coin is fiscally irresponsible. Save a piece of the home, put it on display with historical photos and call it a day. Angle fly is coming along nicely as a land preserve, not a home preserve. View Comment
